As a Business Developer, you'll play a key role in expanding Access' client network by identifying new business opportunities across the healthcare sector. Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants, you'll research the market, generate new leads, arrange client meetings and negotiate commercial partnerships that contribute directly to the continued growth of the business.

What are we looking for?

• 1–2 years' experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre or a BPO environment – Previous Business Development experience isn't required; your ambition and communication skills are what matter most.
• Passionate about building a career, not simply finding your next job.
• Proactive and accountable, always looking for opportunities to improve, develop and take on new challenges.
• Ready to take ownership of your future in a business where success is recognised and progression is earned.

Salary and Additional Benefits

In your first two years with us, you can expect to earn €64K+, with unlimited commission potential as you continue progressing through our structured career framework.
