Access Recruitment is looking for professionals with a background in lead generation (Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, Prospector…) to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant.

If you’ve worked in lead generation, you already know how much money is in sales. But this isn’t just another sales role. • Average total compensation: €46k+ in Year 1 / €66k+ in Year 2 (important to emphasize that we give financial rewards for every single win, so top performers obviously make much more than this from the jump)

Who we’re looking for:

• 1–5 years of proven success in a lead generation or early sales cycle role (Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, Outbound Sales Representative, Prospector, etc...)
• A driven and motivated professional who’s excited to get on the phone and add commercial value
• A natural communicator and confident negotiator
