Business Development Representative | Dublin

Salary: Early €30s Base + Uncapped Commission

OTE: €45K Year 1 | €65K Year 2

Location: Dublin 2 (On-Site)

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–6:00pm | Friday finish at 5:00pm

Access Healthcare is one of Ireland's fastest-growing recruitment agencies. We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to build and grow a client portfolio within the healthcare sector.

This is a full-cycle sales role. You'll be responsible for prospecting, winning new business, managing client relationships, and growing accounts. You'll have full ownership of your desk and earnings.

What You'll

• Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare clients
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting
• Schedule and attend client meetings
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Develop and grow long-term client relationships
• Expand business within existing accounts
• Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver results for clients

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of post-graduate sales experience
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
• Strong commercial mindset and ambition to earn
• Resilient, competitive, and comfortable with daily rejection
• EU Citizen or Stamp 4 Visa Holder
