We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who is passionate about identifying and attracting new potential clients, building strong relationships, and collaborating with the team to drive business opportunities.

What will you do day-to-day?

🚀 Identify and generate qualified leads that can become potential clients.

🚀 Maintain and nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-up and strategic communication.

🚀 Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead capture and conversion strategies.

🚀 Track and analyze lead data to continuously improve results.

🚀 Support the commercial team ensuring every lead progresses smoothly towards conversion.

Requirements:

💼 Fluent in English.

💼 Residence in Dublin. The role is based in a coworking space in Dublin but some days you will work from home

💼 Proven experience in lead generation or B2B sales.

💼 Understanding of the retail industry.

💼 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

💼 Quick learner with adaptability.

💼 Team player, proactive, and dynamic personality.
