Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified leads within target markets.
• Engage with prospects through daily cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other lead generation methods across various industries.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using the company CRM system.
• Research potential clients and decision-makers to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support (entry-level candidates with strong potential will also be considered).
• Strong working knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments.
• Proficient in using social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the drone industry and SaaS software is a plus.
