Inside Sales Representative

UBEO Business Services is an end-to-end provider of innovative business technology solutions. Operating in 11 states with over 40 locations nationwide, UBEO focuses on enhancing efficiency, improving business processes, and ensuring organizational security. Through our Business Technology Assessment, we identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize document management. We tailor solutions for digital transformation, high-volume printing, and reliable business technology systems to meet the unique needs of each client.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in San Antonio, TX. The role involves engaging with potential clients, identifying their technology needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding UBEO’s range of products and services, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to identify opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, account management, and prospecting strategies
• Ability to understand and present tailored business technology solutions
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business technology is beneficial
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
