What You'll Do

As a Junior Business Development Representative, you'll develop the skills to become a high-performing sales professional by learning every stage of the sales process.

You'll gain real-world experience in:

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Building relationships with business leaders and decision makers
• Conducting client meetings, presentations, and solution-based sales conversations
• Growing existing client partnerships
• Selling multiple workforce and HR solutions
• Managing your sales pipeline using CRM technology
• Networking at community and industry events
• Collaborating with marketing, recruiting, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
