Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Specialist that provides administrative and customer coordination support across all the sales stages. From managing quotes and supporting communication with the customer, to coordination of internal processes you will be a critical backbone of the commercial team!

What You'll Do:

· Support the management of client accounts, quotes, proposals and supporting documentation through the sales cycle.

· Order Processing & Internal Coordination.

· CRM and data management.

· Generate new sales opportunities.

· Support sales campaigns by preparing outreach lists and materials.

· Conduct basic market research to support prospecting.

· Monitor the department’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

· Among other duties.

What We're Looking For:

· A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

· 2 or more years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support roles.

· Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).

· Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).

· Detailed orientated and task follow-through.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, CDK, Solera or similar platforms)

· Must have a current Driver’s License and Passport
