About the Role:

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to represent our environmental testing services across Puerto Rico. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our presence within environmental consulting, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Present and promote Beckton’s environmental testing capabilities and services
• Act as a bilingual communication resource by assisting English-speaking management in effectively communicating with Spanish-speaking staff to support daily operations, training, and project coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Attend industry events and represent the company professionally
• Meet established sales and business development goals

Qualifications:

• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is required. Strong communication in both languages is essential for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service
• Environmental laboratory or environmental consulting experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must reside in Puerto Rico and be willing to travel throughout the island to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Passion for environmental sustainability, science, and delivering exceptional customer service.
