Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Smithfield, VA. This role is responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, preparing quotations, and providing technical and product information to customers and contractors. The Inside Sales Representative will support outside sales staff, manage and update customer accounts, and follow up on leads to help drive new business. Daily activities include processing orders, tracking project status, creating submittals, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring prompt and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including handling inbound inquiries and preparing quotes.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build positive relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience with Lead Generation and Account Management to develop new opportunities and maintain existing client accounts.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn technical concepts in the HVAC industry.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Smithfield, VA, and collaborate within a small team environment.
• Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required
