Junior Sales Representative

The Junior Sales Representative will actively identify and engage prospective banks and credit unions, assist with the development of sales strategies, support consulting and design/build opportunities, and help expand PWCampbell's presence within targeted markets. This position is designed as a developmental sales role for individuals interested in building a long-term career in business development, consulting, and financial institution facility planning.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
- Proactively identify and contact prospective banks, credit unions, and referral sources through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate qualified opportunities and schedule discovery meetings for Regional Vice Presidents.
- Conduct initial outreach and qualification calls to identify facility, branch network, branding, technology, consulting, and design/build opportunities.
- Develop and maintain prospecting plans for assigned territories and target markets.
- Assist Regional Vice Presidents in managing opportunities throughout the sales process.
- Participate in client meetings, virtual presentations, trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Build relationships with executives, operations personnel, facilities managers, and decision-makers within financial institutions.
- Assist in achieving departmental sales goals, pipeline objectives, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and opportunity tracking within the CRM system.
- Support client follow-up efforts and ongoing relationship management activities.
- Research and Update customer information in CRM (Zoho).
- Assist in developing proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and client communications.
- Support Regional Vice Presidents with prospecting initiatives, territory planning, and business development campaigns.
- Attend internal sales meetings, strategy sessions, and training workshops.
- Coordinate client meetings, lunches, dinners, conference schedules, and networking activities.
- Serve as a backup resource for contract preparation and agreement administration.
- Review proposals and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Utilize ZoomInfo, iBanknet, FDIC, NCUA, state banking associations, and industry databases to identify opportunities.
- Research branch expansion plans, headquarters projects, branch renovations, mergers, acquisitions, and market growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities related to new branches, renovations, headquarters facilities, network optimization, site selection, branding, technology integration, and consulting engagements.
- Research prospective accounts to identify organizational goals, key decision-makers, and facility needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Compile and distribute market intelligence reports to sales leadership and company management.
- Support marketing campaigns by assisting in developing contact lists, following up on inbound leads generated through digital and print channels
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer responses, objections, and campaign effectiveness
- Assist in developing sales collateral, email templates, and outreach scripts in coordination with marketing
- Participate in promotional events, webinars, and product launches
- Act as the primary backup for developing contracts and agreements
- Develop and review all proposals for accuracy and completeness
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales, business development, customer service, banking, commercial real estate, construction, or related experience preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with business leaders and executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and business research tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel periodically to client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
