Account Executive - SaaS / B2B Services - Calgary

Our client is a leading provider of workforce compliance, risk management SaaS solutions. They are looking to hire Business Development Manager (Account Executive). This role is suited for an experienced sales professional with experience selling SaaS or B2B services into enterprise environments.

Description

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
• Focus on selling solutions such as - workforce compliance, risk management SaaS solutions into relevant decision makers.
• Focus on selling into multiple Oil & Gas, , energy, utilities, transportation, construction, infrastructure etc.
• You will be responsible for the full sales cycle (from initial outreach to closing the deal)
• Execute outbound prospecting strategies, account-based selling, and territory planning

Profile

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, compliance, or enterprise software/services.
• Proven track record of selling to mid-market/ Enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated success in quota attainment and new business acquisition
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)

Job Offer

• Base Salary Range: CAD 90-100k (OTE Range: CAD 140-160K). It's uncapped.
• Job Location: Calgary- hybrid position (3 days in office. 2 days remote)
