What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow your own portfolio of clients – prospect, network, pitch, and close deals.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at performance agencies and key merchants.
- Educate clients on the power of Google Ads and how it can grow their business.
- Take ownership of your pipeline, sales targets, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive success.
- Shape local go-to-market strategies and solve challenges proactively.
- Represent our brand at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
- Experience in digital advertising or media sales (around 2–3 years) – if you’ve worked with agencies or performance campaigns, even better.
- Strong relationship-building skills – you’re confident reaching out to new leads and driving conversations.
- Curiosity and interest in online advertising, analytics, and digital trends.
- You work well independently and can manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian.
- You’re not afraid of cold outreach and starting new conversations.
- You can consult on advertising performance and reporting.
- You have experience balancing multiple sales cycles and working towards clear targets.
- You bring creative ideas to solve challenges and improve the client experience.
- You genuinely enjoy being part of something new and fast-growing.

In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
