JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES AGENT - VIRTUAL AGENCY
Employment Status: Full Time
Hourly Base Pay + Performance Bonuses
Hours of operation:Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm(Shifts vary)
Training details: Paid training provided
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Increase sales of all products represented by Pronto Insurance
Maintain healthy relationships with customers & ensure complete customer satisfaction
Ensure Pronto sales model is followed throughout the life of a policy:
New business (DPs)
Payments
Amendments
Renewals
Effectively use the sales and administration software provided
Monitor daily sales vs. goals
Follow phone etiquette at all times
Follow underwriting guidelines for all products
Ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure
Attend sales trainings and meetings as needed
Any and all other duties as requested by your supervisor
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1 year minimum of sales or customer service experience
Attitude for success & desire to make money
Positive, energetic, sales motivated attitude
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Must be able to type and use computer to capture data
Be able to assist customer while locating information or processing payment in a timely manner
Multitask with two computer screens and phone calls
Bilingual English & Spanish (REQUIRED)
