Job Summary:
You’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, representing the Flipspaces brand and setting expectations for the client experience. You’ll support market research and drive tech-enabled prospecting and account expansion initiatives to generate qualified leads, coordinate relevant documentation, and schedule meetings for our business development team. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of Flipspaces’ U.S. business.
The role also requires strong inside sales capabilities to nurture key accounts and identify opportunities for customer expansion. This position is responsible for proactively reaching out to customers to uncover growth opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, text messages, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
- Identify decision-makers in restaurants, retail brands, coworking spaces, multifamily and corporate offices
- Introduce Flipspaces’ offerings and gather preliminary insights from client and broker networks. Use consultative selling skills to build trust and develop long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems and Google Sheets
- Ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are executed to move the sales cycle forward for hunting and farming
- Identify client needs effectively to configure solutions that address client requirements and deliver value
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, real estate sales, CRE, design services, or B2B lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or IT/SaaS sales
- Strong drive for new business development, particularly in supporting the growth of mid-sized companies
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and corporate productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong phone and email etiquette.
- Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to positively influence and share valuable insights with the team
- Adaptable and open-minded, with the ability to adapt to change and think beyond conventional frameworks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
