The Role:

As a Customer Re-engagement Agent, you are re-connecting with "warm" leads - past enquirers who have already expressed interest in our services. Your mission is to re-ignite that interest and help them save money.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume outbound calls (approx. 200 daily, 3 - 4 hours of talk time) focusing quality, value-driven conversations.
• Maintain focus and commit to achieving performance benchmarks
• Use professional scripts and your own natural charisma to navigate objections.
• Qualify leads and execute timely, warm transfers to the specialist Broker Team.
• Participate in results-focused coaching to refine your skills and maximise your commissions.

About You

We are looking for individuals with a steady work ethic, you may have an extensive background in sales or you may be coming from other industries such as hospitality, media sales, retail, or charity fundraising and are looking for a rewarding new chapter. You have the experience of giving great customer service, resilience, the confidence to ask for a sale and the ability and credibility to have people listen to your advice.
