At e-Hireo, we’re expanding our footprint and looking for a driven Business Development / Client Acquisition professionals ( Preferred candidates :1–4 years relevant experience) who wants real ownership and revenue impact.

💼 Experience: 1–4 Years

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn & networking.
• Pitch recruitment solutions to startups & enterprise clients
• Understanding hiring needs of client & position e-Hireo as a strategic hiring partner.
• Initiate and develop conversations with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, and Talent Leaders through social media, Networking events and Summits.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets and sectors.
• Own revenue targets and build long-term client relationships
• Has proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads within a client acquisition role in recruitment domain.
• Setting up and attending meetings with prospective customers to sell the company's services.
• Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.
• Manage social media calendar and assist in creating hiring posts and company updates.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–4 years experience in B2B sales / Business development
• Interest in recruitment / talent acquisition industry
• Preferred candidates who have experience of Client Acquisition within recruitment domain.
• Strong LinkedIn outreach skills
• Bengaluru-based candidates preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional set-up and work with our recruitment team in co-ordination.
