Position: Business Development Executive – Local Market

Location: Sukhumvit 101/2, Bangna, Bangkok

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: THB 30,000–45,000 (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the Thailand market.
• Promote and sell industrial racking and storage system solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer visits, solution presentations, quotations, negotiations, order closing, project coordination, installation, and handover.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, logistics companies, warehouses, factories, and key accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and business development updates.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial products, building materials, warehouse solutions, material handling equipment, forklift, racking systems, or related industries.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or 3D software knowledge is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Own a car with a valid driving license and able to travel extensively for customer visits.
