Sales Executive - Fintech

Our client is a globally recognised fintech organisation, transforming the way businesses navigate and manage payments. With a strong presence across international markets, they deliver innovative, end-to-end commerce solutions that support a diverse customer base across multiple industries.

We’re looking for a driven sales professional to join this large, energetic sales team. What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities through outbound phone sales activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
• Manage inbound enquiries, converting leads into sales through effective needs-based conversations
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact through to close
• Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to close
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records while ensuring compliance standards are met

• 2+ years of experience in a phone sales role or similar sales environment
• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales would be an advantage
• A target-driven mindset with unwavering drive and hunger to succeed
• Professional and articulate phone manner
• A positive, “go-getter” attitude
• Clean criminal history
