Pricing & Business Development Executive

Location: Piraeus / Athens, Greece

We are a growing freight forwarding company seeking a motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as a Business Development Assistant.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop into a future commercial leadership role within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage ocean freight quotations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines and carriers.
• Communicate daily with overseas agents and international partners.
• Support commercial activities and customer development initiatives.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Contribute to the expansion of our international agency network.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset and interest in business development.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ocean freight and carrier pricing is considered an advantage.
