We are looking for a Business Development Consultant, who will be responsible for providing our customers with credit risk services and digital solutions based on their business needs and requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and growing a strong client base by communicating about company’s financial and digital services.
• Finding new target markets and penetrating them to increase sales.
• Understanding the needs of clients and creating new sales opportunities to achieve the assigned targets.
• Analyzing the market’s potential to track sales.
• Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Providing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications:

• BSc/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
• Previous working experience in sales will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills
• Good negotiation and selling skills
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented attitude
• Business Acumen
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet)
• Very good written and verbal skills (Greek & English)
