Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and support assigned development projects in close cooperation with Account Managers.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize project management tools and procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in shaping long-term real estate strategy.
• Examine potential projects, prepare detailed proposals, and manage a robust project pipeline including forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis.
• Assist in preparing land-use plans for future developments.
• Coordinate redesign efforts for area development, including renovations, extensions, and asset optimization.
• Support comprehensive budget preparation and management.
• Create rigorous business plans and facilitate the full tender processes for assigned projects.
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business horizons.
• Act as the key liaison maintaining positive relationships with tenants, partners, and internal clients. Represent the department in high-level meetings with lessees, developers, and contractors.
• Keep a pulse on market trends and industry developments to provide actionable insights. Continuously improve and optimize the department's reporting tools and procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the position of Business Development Associate will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Real Estate.
• A minimum 5 years of professional experience with a proven track record in Commercial and/or Real Estate field having at least 3 years in project management.
• Strong understanding of commercial development and projects including fundamentals of the Real Estate market.
• Up-to-date knowledge of applicable local law, relevant procedures (e.g. application for building permits) and industry developments/ trends.
• Fluent in written and spoken Greek/English.
• Advanced MS-Office user.
• International experience will be considered a plus, preferably related to airports or tourism/hospitality.
