What You’ll Do

• Lead the Market: Define and execute bold go-to-market strategies that grow our presence across Kazakhstan, Central Asia and Caucasus. You won't be following a playbook, you'll be writing it.
• Drive Real Results: Take full ownership of regional sales targets and consistently exceed them. Your wins directly shape the business.
• Build Lasting Partnerships: Cultivate a high-value portfolio of top agencies and advertisers built on trust, insight, and genuine value, not just transactions.
• Expand Your Network: Strengthen and grow your connections across Kazakhstan's and the CIS advertising and digital ecosystem. Your relationships are your superpower.
• Shape Regional Strategy: Collaborate with Client Partners across the region to develop short- and long-term revenue growth strategies that actually move the needle.
• Elevate the Industry: Host workshops, seminars, and educational events that raise the bar for advertising in Kazakhstan and position us as the go-to partner in the market.

• Proven Sales Experience: a strong track record in media or digital advertising sales, with real numbers to back it up
• Client-First Mindset: genuine passion for building relationships and a natural ability to earn trust
• Analytical Thinking: you turn data and market insights into sharp, winning strategies
• Tech Fluency: confident with Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; Salesforce or CRM experience is a bonus
• Deep Local Knowledge: solid understanding of the Kazakhstan and broader CIS advertising landscape
• Business-Level English: strong written and spoken communication; Russian or Kazakh is a major plus
• Industry Connections: existing relationships with key agencies and advertisers in Kazakhstan give you a real head star
