About The Position
The position focuses on managing accounts categorized as “A” or “in development” in the Pineapple market, ensuring the achievement of proposed financial goals (Budget and Gross Margin), as well as performance indicators related to guaranteeing adequate sales growth of the portfolio in each company. It is also responsible for creating and strengthening long-term work plans and building a strategic partner relationship with stakeholders in each of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and keep your accounts and contacts database updated.
- Visit your clients according to business needs and opportunities.
- Responsible for the financial goals agreed upon in advance for your clients.
- Keep the 18-month rolling forecast updated and aligned with your clients' needs.
- Send the necessary and required sales reports and analyses at the end of the month.
- Report to your direct supervisor any changes and trends in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with the promoter in charge to carry out actions related to meeting each client's needs.
- Look for new business opportunities that ensure sales growth of the portfolio.
- Set up tests to show the user the effectiveness of our products.
- Manage and support suppliers from the product portfolio being handled.
- Provide on-site training to clients about the products and their use.
- Provide any customer care needed after the sale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy Engineering or related fields.
- Intermediate level in English.
- Extensive knowledge in the management of pineapple cultivation.
- Microsoft Office.
