Business Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Officer will ensure exceptional customer service, engage in lead generation, and manage sales operations. Daily tasks will include communicating with potential clients, providing customized insurance solutions, and coordinating with channel partners to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
• Expertise in Channel Sales and building successful partnerships
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
