We are looking for a Workstation Business Development Manager with strong sales attitude based in our Warsaw office. You will be part of the Relation Sales Department collaborating with Customers who desire Workstation expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse skilled Sales team to specifically drive and develop the workstation business segment in Poland. As BDM for Workstation, you will work strongly with Customers, reinforce Channel partnerships to maximize Lenovo Workstation footprint.

Roles Responsibilities

Business Management

  • Product offerings, price setting aiming to win customers;
  • Pipeline management for the category and dedicated set of customers;
  • Forecasting sales on weekly basis;
  • Effectively differentiate Lenovo offerings from competitive alternatives and create distinct customer preference for Lenovo offerings;
  • Deliver product presentations support tactical execution and traction of marketing programs applicable to Workstations;

Business Development

  • Have a deep understanding of AI-driven workflows and usage dynamics across individual professionals and enterprise environments, translating these insights into effective workstation business opportunities;
  • Actively engages Customers to ensure that short/mid-term revenue and profit goals are met.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our customers and sales teams when it comes to any kind of Workstation related requirements and projects;
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, e.g. channel-resellers, ISV’s, market influencers sales teams – Continually identify opportunities to grow the Lenovo business with Workstation focus;
  • Determine customer needs through participation in sales /customer meetings be able to recommend and position appropriate product;
  • Build winning strategies for upcoming businesses and support sales teams to accelerate growth;
  • Be an active and networking team member in the entire local Polish organization as well as EMEA Workstation Business department;

Key Experience Skills

Minimum 5 years sales or business development experience within IT Industry, ideally with professional computing and Workstation focus

  • Strong demonstrable commercial/customer understanding;
  • Proven sales track record combined with a passion for the customer and the products that deliver unique value;
  • Strong understanding of channel-based sales models;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners;
  • High energy and engagement ethos - An ability to quickly grasp technical concept and ideas and translate these into solutions;
  • Confident presenter: able to present ideas/strategies/products in a clear, concise, and convincing manner;
  • Good networking skills; facilitate in communicating across organization matrix;
