Business Manager – Public & Utilities sector (f/m/x)

We are looking for a person with strong competencies in IT services sales and knowledge of public procurement regulations.

If you have proven success in selling IT services to the public sector, join our team and participate in key digitalization projects for public administration in Poland.

Your tasks

• Developing the public sector through IT services sales
• Managing tender processes under Public Procurement Law
• Technology consulting, recommending optimal IT solutions
• Building and maintaining relationships with government administration and international institutions
• Market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Proactively suggesting changes and improvements to sector development strategy
• Coordinating internal activities to win tenders
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services sales for the public sector
• Ability to manage the end-to-end sales process
• Higher education
• Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Law
• Independence, initiative, and goal-oriented attitude
• Very good command of English
• Fluent Polish language skills required
• Residence in Poland required
