Polish market. Real customers. Real autonomy. Build it your way.

Our client, is part of an international group of five European businesses, with operations in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. The group is headquartered in the US and recently underwent acquisition. We design and supply technical workwear that keeps people safe and comfortable in cold, demanding environments: logistics, food production, industry. We're investing in our commercial presence in Poland, and this is a newly created role to lead that push. You'll own the Polish market end-to-end, with the trust and backing of the wider group.

This one is about building a territory. Poland is a strategic growth market for the group, and you'll be the person on the ground making it happen, with the autonomy, support and commercial backing to do it properly. If that's the kind of role you've been waiting for, we'd like to hear from you.

You'll manage and grow our key account relationships in Poland and bring new customers on board. This is a hands-on sales role with real ownership: you'll set the rhythm, build the pipeline, and carry the relationships.

  • Expect to spend your time: Managing and developing our existing key accounts in Poland
  • Acquiring new customers and growing the customer base across retail, manufacturing and wholesale
  • Preparing, adjusting and following up on quotations, and negotiating pricing as part of daily business
  • Building strong customer relationships through regular phone contact and frequent on-site visits
  • Handling tenders and the administrative side of the sales process
  • Representing the group in the Polish market and feeding insight back into the wider group

You're a Polish speaker with at least two years of B2B sales experience, ideally as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager or in a closely comparable role.

  • You speak fluent English (essential for working with the wider team), and German is a plus.
  • You describe yourself as humble, hungry and smart.
  • You're goal-oriented and flexible, with strong communication skills and a genuine drive to win.
  • You're hands-on, you take responsibility, and you enjoy the people side of sales: picking up the phone, getting in front of customers, and representing the business well.
  • You're comfortable with the standard MS Office tools and can hold your own on the administrative side of the role.
  • You must be willing to travel frequently in (or to) Poland

Not required, but great if you have:

  • B2B sales experience in workwear, PPE, technical apparel or an adjacent industrial product category
  • A track record of opening new accounts in the Polish market
  • Experience selling into retail, manufacturing or wholesale customers
