About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage customer accounts and independently handle the complete sales process—from receiving customer inquiries to quotation preparation, commercial negotiations, and purchase order closure.
This role requires someone who can confidently communicate with B2B customers, coordinate internally with technical and production teams, and ensure smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Account Management
- Manage existing customer accounts independently.
- Handle customer inquiries and assess project feasibility.
- Prepare and submit commercial quotations.
- Coordinate pricing approvals with internal teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close purchase orders.
- Escalate only complex commercial issues when required.
- Handle RFQs received from customers.
- Prepare quotations and proposal documents.
- Manage quotation revisions and costing coordination.
- Process purchase orders and commercial documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination until final order closure.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams.
- Track sample submissions and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely communication between internal departments and customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM.
- Update deal stages, follow-up activities, and order status.
- Track win/loss reports and customer interactions.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Engineering Components, Plastic Products, Capital Goods, or the Automotive Industry is preferred.
- Strong experience in handling quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Good understanding of customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience working with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts independently.
- Good commercial understanding and decision-making skills.
