Job Content (English)

• Identifying new leads and exploring potential markets for business expansion.
• Collaborating closely with internal departments, including marketing, design, and sales team, to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at growing the A001 business.
• Analysing current marketplace trends and competitor activities.
• Preparing and delivering presentations to prospective customers.
• Developing growth strategies and plans that focus on promoting solutions to customers.

• 新規顧客を発掘し、事業拡大のための潜在市場を開拓する
• マーケティング、デザイン、営業チームを含む社内各部門と緊密に連携し、事業の成長を目的とした戦略計画を策定・実行する
• 現在の市場動向と競合他社の活動を分析する
• 見込み顧客へのプレゼンテーションの準備と実施
• 顧客へのソリューション提供に重点を置いた成長戦略と計画を策定する

Qualifications (English)

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant working experience of at least 8 years in product design, product marketing, or development support, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of MCU and Audio IC applications.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Good English communication is a plus.

Qualifications (Japanese)

• 工学または電気工学の修士号または学士号
• 製品設計、製品マーケティング、または開発支援において、少なくとも8年以上の関連実務経験（半導体業界での経験があれば尚可）
• MCUおよびオーディオICの応用に関する深い理解
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、複雑な技術的概念を、技術者と非技術者の両方にとって分かりやすく説得力のあるメッセージに変換できる能力を備えている英語でのコミュニケーション能力が高いことはプラスになります
