Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our B2B presence in the U.S. market.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in B2B sales, particularly in packaging, cosmetics, or fragrance industries, who thrives on building new business and closing deals.

You will play a key role in driving growth by developing new client relationships and managing the full sales cycle.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the U.S. market
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, quoting, and closing
• Work with clients in industries such as cosmetics, fragrance, personal care, and retail brands
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, sourcing, design) to deliver customized packaging solutions
• Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) and attend industry events as needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales (required)
• Experience in packaging industry (highly preferred), OR cosmetics / fragrance / beauty industry
• Strong new business development (hunting) capability
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (New York area)
• Existing client network is a strong plus
