How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will proactively identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities within the power grid, renewables, industrial, and transportation sectors in Taiwan.
- You will develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with Hitachi Energy's global and regional objectives.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry associations, and government agencies.
- You will prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses that articulate the value proposition of Hitachi Energy's solutions.
- You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, technical, legal, and finance, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to business development.
- You will monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify threats and opportunities also achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs to provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account management within the power, energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and closing complex deals with significant value.
- In-depth understanding of the Taiwanese energy market, including regulatory frameworks, key players, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
