- Drive proactive outreach to build a high-quality B2B pipeline - including prospecting new and engaging existing clients to promote relevant products and services, leveraging internal prospecting tools to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts by supporting ongoing needs in partnership with Regional Sales Managers.
- Support with client-facing materials, i.e., sales presentations, client proposals, design packages.
- Collaborate with design and sales leads to curate product selection and provide product availability information.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication with B2B internal teams and cross-functionally (operations, customer service, product teams) to ensure smooth execution through delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM and project tracking in the sales pipeline.
- Monitor active opportunities, escalating risks or delays that may impact client deliverables.
- Provide responsive support for smaller or emerging clients to maintain service quality.
- Polished communicator with warm and professional client presence.
- Highly organized, stays steady and confident amid shifting priorities.
- Resourceful and quick to step into various tasks based on what’s needed.
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings judgement under pressure.
- Problem-solving instincts and comfort with evolving processes.
- Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
- Curious and eager to learn sales cycles, product & service offerings, and operational workflows.
- 3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, account coordination, or similar B2B roles.
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams or requests simultaneously.
- Background in environments where adaptability, hustle and client poise are essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic reporting
- Experience working with operations, inventory, product, or customer support teams preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience balancing both prospecting new clients and nurturing current clients is a plus.
- Background in B2B, retail, design, or furniture-related industries a strong plus.
