This isn't just about hitting a number; it’s about providing patients in renal and oncology therapy areas the freedom to shower, swim, and stay active while ensuring their treatment remains protected.
The Opportunity
As a Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind this mission. Working within a referral-based model, you’ll develop deep-rooted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders across both community and acute NHS settings. Your goal is to identify new business opportunities and ensure that more patients benefit from products engineered for safety and designed for independence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving Growth: Delivering sales growth and increasing market share within a specialist medical portfolio.
- Strategic Territory Management: Executing account plans aligned with NHS Integrated Care Systems and local priorities.
- Patient Advocacy: Supporting patient adoption through a clinical-advocacy style of selling, ensuring the highest standards of patient service.
- Collaborative Innovation: Working closely with internal marketing and sales leadership to execute strategy and optimise performance through data-driven insights.
Who You Are
We are looking for high-energy, emotionally intelligent sales professionals who can navigate complex healthcare landscapes with ease.
- Experienced: You have a proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- EQ-Driven: Because this role involves supporting patient needs and education, high emotional intelligence is non-negotiable.
- NHS Expert: You possess a strong, essential understanding of the NHS structure and stakeholder landscape.
- Strategic: You don’t just call on accounts; you map stakeholders and understand the nuances of the patient pathway.
- Independent: You are a field-based professional who can manage a territory autonomously while contributing to a "one team" culture.
Why Join This Team?
- Innovative Culture: Join an open, transparent, and supportive business where the culture is actively being built by the people who work there.
- Impact: Every sale directly improves the quality of life for people managing long-term health conditions.
- Reward: Benefit from a competitive package including a company car or a £650 monthly allowance, plus a commission opportunity of £3,000 per quarter.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the NHS structure and stakeholder landscape.
