We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in achieving our sales objectives across Bulgaria, for Car (PKW) business segment.


In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy, developing and maintaining long-term customer partnerships, and strengthening our brand presence. Working closely with internal teams and key clients, you will identify growth opportunities, monitor market and competitive trends, and actively contribute to increasing sales performance, portfolio expansion, and customer satisfaction. Your ability to combine commercial focus with relationship management will have a direct impact on our market position and business success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively participates in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential customers in order to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term cooperation.
  • Implements the sales strategy in the assigned market and contributes to achieving sales targets defined by the company.
  • Participates in maintaining, developing, and promoting the brand, including brand objectives, strategies, and positioning, in cooperation with other members of the sales and marketing team.
  • Monitors the market, competition, and trends in the automotive industry to identify potential risks, threats, and new business opportunities.
  • Tracks changes in pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns of competing companies.
  • Conducts visits to local customers, carries out planned and periodic meetings, and submits reports on visits and conclusions.
  • Develops customer assortments and provides continuous support in expanding the sales portfolio.
  • Visits end customers of the company’s clients to support direct customers in strengthening their market position.
  • Monitors and is responsible for the collection of receivables from customers.
  • Develops and implements sales programs and participates in internal and external projects.
  • Coordinates and resolves customer complaints in cooperation with relevant departments.
  • Regularly reports on sales results, achieved targets, and proposals for business improvement.
  • Works with the CRM database and regularly updates customer data and sales activities.
  • Participates in the preparation, organization, and implementation of promotional activities, trade fairs, presentations, and trainings.
  • Presents the brand and promotes products to potential and existing customers.
  • Maintains contact with customers for future cooperation and additional sales opportunities.
  • Possesses technical knowledge of automotive spare parts and understands the characteristics of the company’s product range.
  • Cooperates with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance, customer support) to efficiently achieve the company’s sales and strategic objectives.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education & Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment; experience in the automotive or spare parts industry is considered an advantage.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding defined sales targets and managing customer portfolios.
  • Market & Business Knowledge: Good understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, competition analysis, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Customer Management: Experience in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • CRM & Reporting: Experience in working with CRM systems and preparing regular sales reports with accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Receivables Management: Basic knowledge and experience in monitoring customer credit limits and collection of receivables.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive spare parts and product characteristics, or strong willingness to quickly acquire technical product knowledge.
  • Project & Process Exposure: Experience in participating in internal and external projects related to sales development and business improvement.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Mobility: Valid B-category driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned market.

  • Adaptability & Agility: Ability to respond quickly to market changes, customer demands, and shifting priorities.
