Huawei is looking for a talented Solution Sales Manager to join its Digital Power Business Department in Bulgaria.

The position offers the opportunity to work with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders on cutting-edge renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and promote Huawei's photovoltaic and energy storage products and solutions to customers.
• Prepare technical proposals and solution presentations for clients.
• Clarify technical requirements and answer customer inquiries throughout the sales process.
• Deliver technical training sessions to customers and business partners.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and support business growth.
• Coordinate internal bidding processes and collaborate with R&D, Production, Delivery, and other internal teams.
• Support Account Managers and Service Managers in commercial and technical activities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Information Technologies, Automatic Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the photovoltaic, solar energy, renewable energy, battery energy storage (BESS), or energy storage industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in: MS Office, PVsyst, AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English and in Bulgarian.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
