DiscreteStack is a deep-tech company building a private AI operating system for enterprise environments.
We give businesses their own AI — running on their infrastructure, under their control, at predictable cost. Our platform handles everything from high-performance LLM inference with smart scheduling and caching, to identity management, observability, enterprise system connectors, and a catalog of ready-to-use AI applications.
We work across the full stack — from GPU scheduling and KV-cache optimization to control plane, identity management, and application delivery.
Please read carefully below because we truly mean what we say.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from finding the right people at the right companies to closing deals that put AI infrastructure on their premises. This isn’t warm-lead nurturing. This is building pipeline from scratch, running complex enterprise sales, and converting technical differentiation into signed contracts.
You’ll work directly with the CEO. No layers, no filters. You’ll know everything about the business and have real influence on how we go to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects through outbound and inbound channels
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, close
- Translate deep-tech capabilities into clear business value for C-level, IT, and innovation leaders
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts
- Develop real expertise in AI infrastructure, inference economics, and enterprise compliance
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B sales — SaaS, infrastructure, or deep-tech preferred
- Track record of hitting targets and closing deals, not just filling CRMs
- Ability to understand and sell complex technical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- You use AI tools and modern sales tools to work smarter — not just follow playbooks
- Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and high ownership
- English proficiency (B2+ spoken and written)
Bonus Points
- Experience selling to enterprise clients or working with technical stakeholders (engineering, IT, infrastructure)
- You’ve worked directly with founders or C-level in a startup environment
- Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts or infrastructure sales
What You Can Expect From Us
- Office-First. We’re a small team building something hard. That means being in the same room, not the same Slack channel. Sofia office, every day.
- Direct Impact. This is a startup, not a department. What you close next month shapes the company’s trajectory.
- Founder Access. You report to the CEO. Full context, real ownership, no politics.
- Autonomy & Ownership. You own your pipeline, your conversations, and your results. High trust, high standards.
Interview Process
- Meet the decision-makers (up to two interviews)
- Feedback within two calendar weeks
If you’re ready to sell something that matters — not another SaaS dashboard, but the infrastructure layer that lets enterprises actually run AI — we’d love to talk.
