Our Values
At Odin, we operate with high ownership, deep accountability, and an obsession with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We don't wait to be told what to do. We act like owners, improve every day, and deliver WOW moments for clients and partners.
If this resonates with how you approach your work, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Odin
This is not a traditional partnership role focused only on networking, relationship maintenance, or event attendance. You will work directly with senior leadership to identify high-value partners, develop commercial partnerships, coordinate seminars and events, and ensure every event attendee is converted into clean, actionable sales pipeline.
The role combines strategic business development with hands-on execution. You will have significant autonomy, regional exposure, and the opportunity to directly influence Odin's growth across international markets.
About The Role
ODIN drives direct growth via specialized seminars, webinars, and partner ecosystem activations targeting high-net-worth expat networks across APAC. This role is the strategic and operational engine beside the leadership team: building the partner pipeline that fills the room, and owning the systems that turn every attendee into clean, actionable pipeline the same night. The Global Partnership Manager is responsible for building and activating Odin's partner network, identifying potential partners, develop commercially valuable relationships, and coordinate seminars, webinars, conferences, and community activations that generate qualified client opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own ODIN's partner pipeline across APAC/US — prospecting, activation calendars, business cases
- Represent ODIN at business mixers, community conferences, executive network events
- Own full-cycle event logistics: pre/during/post-event vendor, venue, and budget management
- Deploy and maintain BAMFAM infrastructure (booking links, QR opt-in, in-room sign-in flows)
- Ensure 100% of event traffic uploaded to HubSpot by midnight with zero untagged contacts
- Maintain ≥95% contact data quality (email + phone) to protect the 5-min SDR speed-to-lead SLA
- Log partner touchpoints — no Tier A partner silent more than 5 days
- Deliver monthly performance dashboard by the 5th business day
- Enforce sponsorship terms — lead data access is non-negotiable in any partnership deal
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, event marketing, or a similar commercially focused role
- Proven experience converting partnerships, events, or community activations into measurable leads, sales opportunities, or revenue
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines through a CRM; HubSpot experience is preferred
- Experience coordinating end-to-end events, including venues, vendors, budgets, attendee management, and post-event follow-up
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships while completing detailed operational work such as data cleaning, CRM updates, and event run-sheets.
- Experience within financial services, wealth management, property, or an expat-focused organization
- Experience working with cross-border partners and stakeholders
- A track record of building a new partnership or referral channel from the ground up rather than only maintaining existing relationships
- Practical experience using AI, automation, or digital workflow tools to improve research, outreach, reporting, event coordination, or CRM administration
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Professional or near-native fluency in written and spoken English and Korean
- Eligible to work in South Korea; willing to travel internationally
- Strong professional presentation, written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capability
- Partnership development, prospecting, and commercial negotiation
- Business case development and partner activation planning
- End-to-end event operations, logistics, vendor management, and budget coordination
- CRM pipeline management, preferably using HubSpot
- Lead-data cleaning, deduplication, tagging, validation, and reporting
- Senior stakeholder communication and professional presentations
- Performance reporting across MQLs, SQLs, event conversion, pipeline, and partner activity
- Effective use of AI-assisted workflow and productivity tools
