I. Key Responsibilities
1. Overseas Market Development & Local Direct Sales Network Setup
- Conduct market research, customer acquisition, and sales target achievement in assigned overseas regions; formulate and execute regional sales strategies.
- Lead the establishment of a local direct sales network, gradually optimize existing channel structures, and enhance the company’s direct service capability and brand influence on end customers.
- Identify potential customers through exhibitions, B2B platforms, customs data, overseas visits, industry networks, and other channels; build and maintain direct customer relationships.
2. Technical Solutions & Commercial Negotiation
- Deeply understand customer needs, integrate paper container equipment processes and intelligent control systems, and provide customers with integrated hardware & software technical solutions and equipment configuration recommendations.
- Lead the entire foreign trade process: inquiry handling, technical clarification, quotation, contract negotiation, L/C review, order execution, and payment collection.
- Handle key terms such as pricing, payment terms, delivery time, and after-sales service to ensure successful contract signing.
3. Project Delivery & After-sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal R&D, production, and logistics departments to ensure on-time equipment delivery and meet customer production capacity requirements.
- Follow up on after-sales processes including equipment installation, commissioning, and training; coordinate technical team support (remote or on-site).
- Handle customer complaints and issues promptly, improve customer satisfaction, and drive repeat and additional purchases.
4. Market Insight & Strategic Feedback
- Collect and analyze overseas market information (industry trends, competitors, customer needs, certification requirements, etc.), combine with the company’s product strengths, formulate regional sales strategies, and provide decision support for product optimization and market planning.
- Monitor food packaging access regulations and industrial software application trends in target markets to ensure sales compliance.
II. Qualifications
A. Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing and Automation, Packaging Engineering, Automation, International Trade, English, Marketing, or related fields.
- Under 45 years old (exceptions may be made for exceptional candidates with paper container/packaging equipment industry experience and approval from the business head).
- Fluent in English (CET-6 or TEM-8), able to independently draft technical proposals, contracts, and business emails, and lead technical meetings in English; foreign candidates must have basic Chinese communication skills or be willing to learn quickly.
- Hold a valid C1 or higher driver’s license (foreign candidates must provide a valid local license and an International Driver’s Permit translation).
- Able to accept long-term overseas assignments (typically 6–12 months per assignment, with home leave), and adapt to frequent cross-regional business trips.
B. Professional Competencies
- Industry Knowledge:Understand core processes, technical parameters, international certifications (CE, FDA, SGS), and target market access requirements for paper cup/paper container equipment.
- Foreign Trade Proficiency: Master Incoterms, L/C review, customs clearance, and risk control (credit insurance, advance payment management, etc.).
- Solution Selling:Convert customer capacity requirements into technical proposals, and proficiently use PPT, CAD drawings, or ROI analysis models to demonstrate value.
- Local Operation Capability:Experience in independently conducting business overseas, building customer networks, and organizing local promotional activities.
- Digital Tools:Familiar with CRM systems, LinkedIn, customs data, and other tools.

D. Plus Factors
- Overseas sales experience in leading paper container/packaging machinery companies preferred.
- Familiarity with target markets (Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, North America) and proven customer success cases preferred.
- Previous overseas residency or long-term assignment experience preferred.
- Proficiency in a second foreign language (Arabic, Spanish, Russian, French, etc.) with business application preferred.
