Join Cleanslate’s sales team as an Executive Sales Manager, within our institutional division.

Since 2004, Cleanslate has been a leading provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions to the institutional, hospitality, lodging, and commercial markets. Our focuses include manufacturing and distribution of products, service and training for our customers. We strive to exceed our objectives of helping to drive customer satisfaction. You will serve as the initial face of Cleanslate, partnering with customers to recommend advanced cleaning and sanitation solutions that improve the guest experience and promote cleaner, safer, and healthier spaces.

What You Will Do

  • Cold-call and prospect to secure new accounts, as you build Cleanslate's brand in your market.
  • Attend trade shows to develop enhanced prospects.
  • Work with Distributor partners to open new accounts.
  • Learn about customers’ warehouses, laundry and housekeeping systems. Devise unique solutions as their expert on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs.
  • Formulate sales plan to identify new revenue.
  • Work with distributor partners to open new accounts.
  • Pursue meetings and/or presentations with potential clients for new business opportunities.
  • Identify, follow up and close all leads and opportunities on new and existing business and develop a viable sales pipeline.
  • Build and develop relationships by participating in industry networking groups, hosting client events and programs as required to maintain a pulse on the market.
  • Business Analytics and Forecasting: Mine data and translate it into relevant actionable business decisions.
  • Understand trend analysis, market monitoring and results tracking.
  • Identify valuable emerging markets in assigned territory.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume production environment. Maintains the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude either verbally or written communication.

Salary: $75,000-85,000
