adoption.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Routinely travel throughout the territory to visit customers, distribution partners, and
prospects.
Distribution Partner Development
• Build strong, productive relationships with distribution partners and their sales teams.
• Provide product training, joint sales visits, and hands-on application support to elevate
distributor capabilities.
• Collaborate with distributors to identify new target accounts, run promotions, and execute
territory growth initiatives.
• Support distributors through pull-through demand generated by end-user engagement and
technical assistance.
• Work with outside sales, management, and inside sales teams to create comprehensive
awareness of the brand.
End-User Targeting, Technical Support & Opportunity Generation
• Actively prospect and cold-call to uncover new end-user opportunities in machining,
production, and engineering environments.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting at CNC machines to support tooling performance,
optimize setups, and improve machining outcomes.
• Assist with tool selection, speeds/feeds recommendations, programming improvements,
and application best practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations to position products
as the preferred solution.
• Work with engineering, operators, and purchasing teams to ensure all requirements are
met.
Sales Execution & Reporting
• Facilitate quotes, proposals, and structured follow-up plans to secure business.
• Track opportunities, customer activities, and distributor engagement.
• Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback to internal teams on trends and market
conditions.
• Attend trade shows, distributor open houses, and industry events as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related technical field (or
equivalent experience).

environments.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, toolpath strategies, and CNC
programming (G/M code, CAM software familiarity is a plus).

related to tool wear, chatter, workholding, speeds/feeds, and machining parameters.
• Success working with distribution channels and developing productive partner
relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business through prospecting and relationship
building.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage a large territory independently.
