Strategic Partnerships Manager (Ad-Tech)

Smadex is a global leader in the programmatic space, providing a world-class DSP for mobile, CTV, and video. As we scale our footprint across the Americas, we are looking for a strategic powerhouse to lead our partnership efforts. You will be the face of Smadex to the industry’s most important players, moving beyond simple networking to build high-value, sustainable alliances that drive revenue and product innovation.

The Role:

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Smadex, you will be the primary link between our platform and the mobile measurement ecosystem. You will initially take full ownership of our MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) relationships (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Kochava, etc.), ensuring our technical integrations are seamless and our commercial synergy is maximized.

As you master the MMP landscape beyond AppsFlyer, your scope will expand to identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships - ranging from creative platforms and data providers to innovative ad-tech enablers and advanced measurement solutions, including incrementality and emerging CTV measurement partners - that drive value for our performance advertisers and help shape the future of cross-channel performance advertising.

What you will do:

• MMP Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for all MMP partners. Maintain deep relationships with their BD and Partner Management teams.
• Technical Advocacy: Stay ahead of industry changes (SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox, etc.) and work with our Product team to ensure Smadex remains a preferred, certified partner across all tracking platforms.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners that elevate Smadex’s visibility - webinars, co-branded content, and industry events that strengthen our positioning as a leading performance DSP.
• Conflict Resolution & Support: Act as an escalation point for the Account Management and Adops teams when attribution or integration discrepancies arise.
• Expansion of Scope: Beyond MMPs, scout and vet new partnership opportunities that complement our core DSP offering, helping to build a broader "Smadex Ecosystem."
• Internal Education: Keep the internal team updated on partner product roadmaps and industry trends that impact performance marketing.

Skills and requirements:

• 5+ years of AdTech experience, preferably within an MMP.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, with a focus on mobile marketing technologies and supply dynamics.
• Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships in the Americas region.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to pitch, present, and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to build deep partnerships through relationship management and consultative selling.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
