Business Manager - Healthcace Industry (f/m/x)

We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager to join our Healthcare & Life Science team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our business with one of Sii's largest clients while collaborating with an experienced sales team and sector experts. Your efforts will directly impact our growth in international markets, focusing on active client acquisition in the Healthcare & Life Science sectors across DACH, the UK, the Nordics, and the US. Your tasks

• Actively acquiring new clients in the Healthcare & Life Science sectors in international markets
• Generating sales opportunities and building relationships through business meetings with a key client
• Developing a sales pipeline and generating leads
• Promoting and selling IT services, engineering, and business services, including domain areas in R&D for Life Science and MedTech
• Preparing commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and handling client inquiries
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships while ensuring high-quality service at every stage of collaboration
• Collaborating with the marketing department on sales initiatives and business events such as conferences, workshops, and webinars
• Supporting business development through participation in pre-sales processes and close cooperation with delivery teams and domain experts

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with a strong focus on prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities
• Proven business-oriented mindset and self-organizational skills
• Experience in the Healthcare & Life Science industry is a plus, along with relevant contacts from previous roles
• Advanced level of English
• Fluency in Polish
