A leading European manufacturer of premium coated aluminium products is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to establish and grow its presence across the Polish market.

This is a rare opportunity to build a territory from scratch, taking ownership of new business development while representing a well-established manufacturer with an excellent reputation across the architectural and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Poland.
• Identify and win new customers within the façade, building envelope and construction sectors.
• Build long-term relationships with architects, façade contractors, fabricators, distributors and OEMs.
• Promote innovative coated aluminium solutions for architectural applications.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and project completion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with technical and commercial teams across Europe.

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B business development experience within coated aluminium, aluminium, façade systems, cladding, building envelope or construction materials.
• Strong network within the Polish architectural or construction market.
• Experience developing new markets and winning new business.
• Comfortable managing long, technical sales cycles.
• Fluent Polish and English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
