Its exciting times as AI, high performance computing and rising rack densities are changing how data centres approach cooling and power. With that in mind, we are supporting a global infrastructure manufacturer looking to hire a a new Territory Account Sales Manager to develop its presence across Norway.

The Role

You will work directly with enterprise data centres, colocation operators, cloud providers and other mission-critical customers across Norway. The portfolio includes HDLC, CDU's, RDHX's and IPDU's.

You will manage shorter and medium-term sales opportunities independently, while working with Business Development, Solution Architecture and Engineering colleagues on larger and more complex projects.

The role combines new-business development, consultative technical sales and long-term account growth.

  • Build relationships with technical, operational and commercial decision-makers
  • Identify customer requirements around cooling, power, rack density and capacity
  • Translate technical solutions into clear commercial benefits
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and close
  • Build and maintain a strong territory pipeline
  • Grow existing accounts and identify repeat business opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial colleagues on larger projects
  • Travel to customer sites across Norway

About You

You will ideally have experience in technical sales, field sales or account management within data centres, cooling, HVAC, critical power, UPS, electrical distribution, racks, enclosures or another mission-critical technology area. HDLC experience would be useful, but it is not essential.

More important is your ability to understand technical customer challenges, develop new business and communicate credibly with both engineering and commercial stakeholders.

You should bring:

  • A successful track record in technical B2B sales
  • Experience selling into data centres or mission-critical environments
  • Strong new-business and account-development capability
  • Commercial judgement and technical curiosity
  • The ability to manage a territory with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional fluency in English
  • A willingness to travel throughout Norway, and support the european businees growth at international events when required.

A technical or engineering qualification would be advantageous, although relevant industry experience will be equally valued.

Package and Location

The role offers a competitive base salary, aligned with the successful candidate’s experience.

There is also a performance-related incentive bonus that significantly increases on-target earnings, together with car or car allowance, and a wider benefits package.

This is a Norway-based territory role. Candidates with practical access to Oslo, Gardermoen or the wider southeast Norway region may be particularly well positioned, although strong candidates elsewhere in Norway will also be considered.
