Green Energy Sales Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research, industry trend analysis and competitor analysis in assigned overseas countries, accurately explore customer leads and business opportunities, follow up the whole progress of business opportunities, and drive effective lead conversion.

2. Independently responsible for the development and implementation of overseas projects, manage the whole process of business negotiation, quotation, contract review and signing, and achieve core business indicators including sales performance, payment collection and fund management required by the company.

3. Focus on the development and relationship breakthrough of key customers, establish long-term and stable customer cooperation systems; deeply insight into market trends and potential opportunities in target regions, and complete market layout and resource reserve in advance.

4. Undertake the annual development goals of the department’s international business, actively cooperate with the company's technical, delivery, after-sales and other departments to promote overseas market development, project implementation and brand promotion

Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred; candidates with marketing and sales experience in the new energy industry are highly preferred.

2. Familiar with the green energy industry, proficient in core products such as photovoltaic inverters, hydrogen production power supplies and energy storage PCS; candidates with relevant overseas market resources, customer resources and practical industry experience are prioritized.

3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in the local language of the target market for business communication, customer docking and business negotiation.

4. Strong sense of responsibility, market sensitivity and business communication and coordination ability. Able to adapt to overseas work rhythm, withstand high work pressure, clear goal orientation, and good team cooperation spirit.
