Role Description: We are seeking to hire a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and improving the performance of the local Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies.
• Identify, acquire, and manage high-value IBs, Affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize business results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure business growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Mentor junior Business Development Managers and support team development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Proven 5+ years in business development or partnership management, preferably in financial services, fintech, or CFD brokerage.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing projects effectively.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities; thrives under pressure.
• Language Skills: Fluent English, Russian and native Uzbek (mandatory)
