Business Development Manager

We're looking for someone hungry to go out and land the next wave of hospital and healthcare partners — someone who loves the chase of turning a cold conversation into a signed deal and wants real ownership over the growth of a startup solving a massive problem.

What you'll own:

• Identify and pursue new hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, and nursing home partnerships across our target markets
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers — HR Heads, Medical Directors, COOs, CXOs — that convert into long-term partnerships, not one-off deals
• Own the full B2B sales cycle end to end, from lead generation through contract closure and smooth account handover
• Grow and retain our existing 300+ institution client base
• Conduct market research and map the competitive landscape to spot whitespace opportunities before anyone else does
• Track pipeline and client records accurately using CRM tools

What you bring:

• Experience selling into hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, or nursing homes
• Background in healthcare staffing, SaaS, HRTech, or health tech sales
• Proven experience managing the full B2B sales cycle
• Track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders (HR Heads, Medical Directors, COOs, CXOs)
• Comfortable working in CRM tools daily
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of relevant business development experience
• Sharp communication skills and relentless focus
