Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities to generate leads and expand our customer base.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services/products.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, forecasts, and business development performance for management review.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate new business leads.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.

Working Hours - 10am to 7pm
