We’re partnering with a globally recognized, AM Top 40 law firm to appoint a Business Development Manager within its high-performing Litigation & Investigations team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior lawyers to develop and execute business development strategies
• Lead pitches, proposals, and client targeting initiatives across the firm
• Identify growth opportunities and strengthen key client relationships
• Drive thought leadership campaigns, events, and profile-raising activity
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support firmwide growth initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in business development or marketing within a law firm
• Litigation experience (preferably in white collar)
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to deliver tangible results
• Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strategic, proactive, and highly effective communicator
